Full house refurbishment. Internal reconfiguration, new MEP services and new finishes. External works to front and rear gardens.

The project included an upgrade to the building fabric through improved thermal insulation and new windows and doors.

The rear extension also featured a green roof which enhances the local biodiversity of the house.
